About the Role

Welder Aldridge Electric is strengthening America's Infrastructure one project at a time. You could be part of an

industry-changing team as we continually improve construction safety, quality, techniques, and timelines with

prefabricated construction assemblies. We are looking for an entry-level fabrication team member who is reliable and

motivated to learn our prefab building processes. At Aldridge, we take pride in developing our people. This role will

offer you opportunities to learn the construction process, safety, construction technologies, and blueprint and work

order reading, all while building components and assemblies for projects across the nation in our prefab shop
