About the Role

Grinding Operator The Grinding Operator at Tangent plays a vital role in our sustainability efforts by operating

machinery to grind plastic scrap into reusable materials. Their work will contribute to reducing waste and promoting

environmentally responsible practices. The grinding equipment must be prepped, continuously fed material, and cleaned

safely. Role and Responsibilities / Essential Functions Operate grinding machinery to process plastic scrap efficiently

and safely. Lift and lower boxes of plastic scrap to feed into the grinder. Ensure a constant flow of material into the

grinding machine, avoiding overloading or underfeeding. Manage machine functions by operating the control box and
