About the Role

VOLUMETRIC CONCRETE TRUCK DRIVER/OPERATOR

The Volumetric Concrete Truck Driver/Operator is responsible for the safe operation of a volumetric mixer truck to

produce and deliver on-demand concrete directly at customer job sites. Unlike traditional ready-mix drivers, this role

involves real-time onsite batching, active mix adjustments, and independent equipment operation requiring a higher level

of technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and customer accountability. This position operates with significant

autonomy in the field and is critical to the quality of every pour.
