Licensed Plumber Hispanic Housing Development Corporation (HHDC) is seeking an experienced Licensed Plumber professional

for its CHA portfolio in Chicago, IL. This position is responsible for performing plumbing repairs, installations,

inspections, and preventive maintenance in occupied and make-ready residential units while ensuring systems remain safe,

code-compliant, and fully operational. The plumber must be customer-service focused and expected to follow HHDC safety

policies and Davis-Bacon labor standards while supporting emergency responses and property maintenance needs. Essential
