About the Role

Loader Operator Nosco is looking for a Loader Operator at our Gurnee, IL Facility. This role is on our 12 hour rotating

shift schedule. While you demonstrate the ability to operate equipment at established rates of speed. Operate available

equipment to ensure production objectives are met. Cross train on all finishing assets in the Bindery department.

Perform minor preventive maintenance/repairs, report any mechanical defects to Operator, Manager and Team Lead, and keep

machinery in good working condition. Ensure quality system procedures are followed at all times. Ensure department meets

all needs for customer satisfaction including OTD. Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation. Flexibility
