About the Role

Production Employee The Production Employee plays a vital role in ensuring Baily International delivers consistent,

high-quality products to our customers. This position works hands-on with raw materials, in-process items, or finished

goods depending on assignment. Production Employees collaborate closely with Leads, Supervisors, and team members while

following all safety, quality, and food-safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and

the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform assigned

production tasks such as assembling, packing, weighing, inspecting, or handling products according to company standards.
