Gwinnett County Public Schools Dispatcher License and Certification Qualifications: Georgia Crime Information Center

(GCIC) certification preferred. Education Qualifications: H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree or equivalent.

Required Experience Qualifications: 2 years experience in customer service or a professional environment. Preferred

Skills Qualifications: Ability to communicate with others in an effective and tactful manner. Strong organizational

skills. Ability to follow oral and written instructions quickly and accurately. Ability to read and interpret documents

such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals (i.e General Directive Manual, GCIC
