School Bus Drivers

About the Role

Bus Driver Join our exceptional school district as a bus driver. We have multiple positions and routes available! School

bus permit preferred, but we are willing to train. Benefits for working for a school district include health insurance

if work 25 hours a week or more, state IMRF pension plan, holiday pay, and opportunity for extra work/overtime if

desired. Work weeks/year: Varies. Hours/day: Up to 8/day. Shift: Scheduled during student attendance days. Opportunity

for extra work during summer and field trips. Starting rate (no prior experience) - $23.35. Rate for experienced

drivers* - $24.52. Hiring team will determine pay rate based off of licensure and experience. Naperville Community Unit
