About the Role
CNC Milling Operator 2 The CNC Milling Operator 2 is a mid-level CNC milling operator capable of running established
milling jobs with moderate independence. This position requires intermediate inspection ability, general GD&T
understanding, and the ability to make tool wear offsets. This role is for operators who can maintain production,
monitor part quality, and assist with basic tooling or process issues on proven jobs. Operate CNC milling machines (3
axis, 4 axis, 4 axis horizontal, and 5 axis) on established jobs with limited supervision. Load and unload parts. Follow
documented work instructions, inspection plans, and traveler requirements. Perform basic part cleaning, deburring, and
