About the Role

McKinney Vento/SPED Van Driver School District 170 Chicago Heights, Illinois Qualifications: Driver's License &

Credential School bus driver permit required. Ability to pass background checks, including drug screen and

fingerprinting. Job Summary: To safely transport SPED and McKinney Vento (homeless) students to their school of origin

or assigned school, ensuring their attendance and educational stability. Driver must handle residents, parents, students

and the public in a respectful and courteous manner. Driver must report any parent complaints immediately to the

transportation supervisor. Reports To: Transportation Supervisor/McKinney Vento/SPED Administrator. Terms Of Employment:
