About the Role

Maintenance Technician Primary Purpose and Function The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive,

predictive, and general maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure optimal

performance, safety, and reliability. This role supports continuous manufacturing operations by conducting routine

inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing repairs in a timely and efficient manner. The Maintenance

Technician plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, extending equipment life, and maintaining a safe, clean, and

functional work environment in alignment with Schmid Tool & Engineering’s operational standards and safety expectations.
