About the Role

Job Description: In this role, you will maintain facilities and surrounding areas and make minor repairs to facilities

to ensure clean and orderly conditions. Examples of Duties: Dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, buffs and/ or vacuums as

appropriate. Cleans windows and other glass as necessary. Polishes and maintains brass fixtures, wood trim, and other

surfaces. Empties trash and garbage containers. Cleans debris from sidewalk. Maintains building, performing minor and
