About the Role

Job Title Responsibilities Operate and monitor an automated pallet sorting system Inspect plastic pallets and cardboard

slip sheets for quality and usability Remove damaged or rejected materials from the line Manually restack, straighten,

repair, or discard rejected materials as needed Ensure properly sorted and stacked materials are ready for robotic

production use Perform light mechanical troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments Clear jams and resolve routine

operational issues Maintain safe work practices at all times Keep the work area clean and organized Communicate

equipment issues to maintenance and leadership as needed Requirements Ability to lift, move, and handle materials
