About the Role
Production Machine Operator I The Production Machine Operator I will safely control various machines and equipment
involved in production. The Machine Operator will supervise and lead an assigned team through the daily activities in
production to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of projects. Supervisory Responsibilities Assists with
training of team members. Oversee the daily workflow; oversees scheduling and assignments of the assigned team.
Duties/Responsibilities Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications. Assigned machines
may include lathes, grinders, mills, and similar equipment. Produces the required quantity of parts within established
