About the Role
Machine Operator The Machine Operator sets up, operates, and monitors large-scale production equipment to manufacture
non-slip and adhesive products in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role follows detailed work instructions
and product specifications, mixes and handles chemical and adhesive solutions safely, and ensures that all finished
products meet strict quality standards. The position offers a consistent four-day workweek with built-in overtime
opportunities and a three-day weekend every week. Responsibilities Review work orders, product specifications, and
