Hughes Recruiting - - Responsibilities: Operate extrusion equipment to produce brie bite portions according to
specifications; Maintain production standards on extrusion machines; Verify portion size of products extruded from
machines; Rotate racks of brie bites from the extrusion machine; Load extrusion hoppers with fresh brie curd from the
production line
