Lead Cook/ Shift Lead
About the Role
Cook Range: $17-$18.50 Cook and prepare required meals for your shift. Share ideas with the Food Service Supervisor
concerning menu planning. Abide by guidelines set forth by the Health Department. Cleaning Keep the kitchen and
surrounding food service areas clean and well organized. Supervise the cleaning of the kitchen and the food service
equipment according to the chore guidelines set by the Food Service Supervisor. Take care to thoroughly clean stainless
steel surfaces. Use cleaner in water as directed. Lead and direct volunteers and Recovery residents in kitchen duties.
Carry out all food service rules and regulations. Work within the supervision and direction of the Food Service
