About the Role

The Painter/Assembler The Painter/Assembler prepares and applies paint, primer and other coatings to a variety of

equipment prior to and during the assembly process. The Painter/Assembler also performs the tasks associated with

assemblies and sub-assemblies in the final assembly of equipment for Thermal Care brand products. This role requires

good mechanical aptitude and organizational skills to produce precision parts and assemblies. Duties and

Responsibilities Correctly assess for proper surface preparation and prepping materials for painting Assist in surface

preparation as needed Operate equipment to clean, wash, strip, sand, remove corrosion, fill dents, deburr or otherwise
