Immediate Hire Maintenance Assistant Part Time

About the Role

Maintenance Assistant Under the general direction of the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Assistant is responsible

for the overall maintenance/upkeep of the physical facility (building and grounds) including preventative maintenance,

repairs, and inspections. Ensure all aspects of the building are in a good state of repair. Respond to maintenance

requests on a daily basis. Maintain Unit Maintenance Log for each apartment. Monitor and maintain Building Inspection

Schedule that includes preventative maintenance program and all required system inspections. Remain on call 24 hours a

day for emergency maintenance needs. Perform routine janitorial duties in order to keep building and grounds clean and
