About the Role
Picker 8am-430pm $18 hr. Mon-Fri The Picker is responsible for efficiently and accurately selecting and staging
inventory items to fulfill customer orders. This role supports Crossway's distribution operations by ensuring order
accuracy, timely handling of goods, and maintaining warehouse organization and safety. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Receive pick tickets, orders, or assignments (paper, RF scanner, or system-based) and locate specified items in the
warehouse Select inventory items (cases, cartons, or individual units) from shelves, racks, or bulk storage Use
warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, reaching equipment) safely to retrieve and move
