$23.00 - $29.00 / hour (Based on experience) About the Role We are a growing residential construction team looking for a

highly skilled Lead Carpenter with a deep background in high-quality home building and remodeling. What You’ll Be Doing

Executing complex framing, finish carpentry, and general remodeling tasks. Collaborating on site to ensure projects are

completed to code and client standards. Utilizing your 10+ years of expertise to solve problems and mentor junior crew

members when needed. Requirements Experience: 10+ years in residential construction (New builds and remodeling). Skills:
