Dispatcher The Dispatcher coordinates the allocation and scheduling of drivers, trucks, and containers to optimize

capacity, streamline operations, and support customer service goals. Supports route planning, real-time adjustments, and

operational efficiencyleveraging tools and data analysis to uphold performance and service metrics. Reports To

Operations Supervisor Essential Job Duties: Assign and adjust driver routes daily to maximize route standardization and

productivity. Utilize routing platforms to manage same-day changes and next-day planning. Sequence efficient routes and

support dynamic route strategy in response to demand and capacity needs. Maintain constant communication with drivers,
