About the Role
Under general supervision, perform tasks related to the operation of communication equipment used in receiving, sending,
and relaying information in response to emergency/non-emergency calls according to the goals of Mercy, the philosophy of
the Sisters of Mercy, standards of care, and employee code of conduct. Provide dispatch life support (DLS) and
post-dispatch instructions when applicable. Dispatch and track location of EMS units, relay operational information to
field staff and managers/supervisors. Dispatch and coordinate flight of Life Line helicopters. Coordinate in-bound and
outbound aircraft arriving or originating from Mercy Hospital. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner
