About the Job Lead a fleet of 30-40 drivers and manage driver availability to maximize the productivity of their fleet.

* Develop high-performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and positive reinforcement.
* Meet drive-home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.
Qualifications:
* Must have at least 2 years in Over The Road Transportation as a Driver Manager.
