About the Role
Key Responsibilities Transportation & Logistics ~ Follow scheduled routing procedures efficiently ~ Drive Salvation Army
truck for pickups and deliveries ~ Ensure security and safe handling of all goods and materials ~ Perform daily pre and
post-trip inspections of vehicles ~ Maintain equipment in excellent working order ~ Comply with all DOT and OSHA
regulations Customer Service ~ Act as a personal representative of The Salvation Army ~ Ensure all donors are treated
courteously and respectfully ~ Communicate donation acceptance policy with donors ~ Report any pickup problems to
dispatcher ~ Maintain professional appearance per ARC dress code Operations Support ~ Use DSS program and assigned iPad
