Dispatcher Join McCarthy Home Services in partnership with American Residential Services (ARS), the nation's largest
provider of residential HVAC, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services, with more than 7,000 team
members and over 45 years of experience serving homeowners across the country. We are seeking a highly organized
Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and support our residential HVAC service technicians. This role plays a key part in
ensuring efficient HVAC service dispatch, technician routing, and customer scheduling throughout the day. Weekly pay via
direct deposit ~ Paid training and onboarding ~ Low-cost medical (as low as $5/week) ~ Dental, vision, HSA/FSA ~13 days
