About the Role

Essential Function: Receives incoming telephone calls, persons who walk-in and police radio communication. Screens,

directs and dispatches and documents communications. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Skills:

Ability to use computer efficiently; clear speaking voice and ability to interact with people; ability to prioritize and

multi-task in a fast-paced environment; ability to write and type at a professional level in regards to English grammar

and spelling; remain calm in high-stressed situations; communicate effectively with the general public, co-workers, and

emergency service agencies both verbally and in writing; ability to work in a team environment and be able to maintain
