Cook/food Inventory
About the Role
Job Summary The Cook is responsible for all food preparation and food inventory for facilities with a population of
greater than or equal to twenty-five (25) clients. Job Duties Prepares meals for the population of the facility.
Appropriately follows and posts menus as directed by the agency nutritionist or supervisor. Maintains inventory of foods
and food supplies, and submits requisition of needs to appropriate staff. Maintains equipment in clean and proper
operating order. Responsible for safety and sanitation of all foods stored, prepared, and served. Responsible for teams
of clients and other staff as they assist in preparation and storage of food. Provides training to food service
