About the Role

Position Summary The Utility is responsible for keeping inventory of, transporting, stocking, and cleaning/clearing

products to ensure business and customer needs are met. In addition to responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness

of dishes, serve ware, equipment, etc. while individually performing other serviceable duties as assigned Essential

functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by O'Hare Joint Venture 2 location based on business needs.

Essential Functions • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment,

and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized • Stocks and maintains appropriate levels of product • Delivers product
