Schedule: Full-Time - Variable Facility: Saint Joseph Hospital - Elgin To prepare quality food according to established

food safety policies in a sanitary environment. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Two (2) years experience in food service

with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred. County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon
