About the Role
We are a well-established manufacturing company in Wheeling, IL , serving the aerospace, medical device, and precision
machining industries. We are expanding our team and looking for skilled CNC Machinists who can contribute to
high-quality production in a fast-paced environment. Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce precision
components. Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and basic program edits at the machine. Conduct in-process
inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools. Ensure parts meet tight tolerances
and quality standards. Maintain equipment, tooling, and workspaces according to safety and 5S practices. Document
