About the Role
ASSEMBLY OPERATOR
This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with on-time delivery requirements by providing assembly
operations per standard work procedures and within the required tact time. Responsible for performing assembly or
non-CNC operations according to Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions and Quality Plans in the cell.
Assembles ball nuts, operates small hand tools for debur operation, engraver, as needed to complete operations. May use
saws, straightener, buffer, and overhead hoist. Daily communication with the team and other facilities is required.
