About the Role

Driver Trainer We are seeking a Driver Trainer to lead hands-on driver training within a commercial trucking fleet

environment. This is a field-based role, not classroom-only. You will work directly with drivers to train on equipment,

safety procedures, and real-world driving scenarios, ensuring they are fully prepared to operate independently. This

position plays a critical role in improving driver performance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Deliver

hands-on driver training (trailer hookups, backing, maneuvering, real-world driving) Evaluate driver performance in live

environments and provide corrective coaching Conduct ride-alongs to assess real-time driver performance Maintain
