About the Role
Bus Driver Qualifications: 21 years old; possess a valid driver's license, bus permit, and all other requirements of the
State of Illinois Reports to: Transportation Director Employment Timesheet Performance Responsibilities: Operate bus in
accordance with State of Illinois vehicle code laws, Fox River Grove District Bus Driver's Handbook, instruction issued
by the State Board of Education, and Secretary of State's office. Perform a pre-trip inspection on first trip of each
bus driven by driver daily. Check all fluid levels, check bus for condition and operation of safety equipment, safety
sticker, and confirm that bus is in safe operating condition before each trip. Report passenger lists and changes as
