About the Role
Aircraft Mechanic As an AIRCRAFT MECHANIC (TITLE 32), WG-8852-5/8/10, you will be responsible for the performance of the
full range of aircraft maintenance duties including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repair, and ground testing
of assemblies, system, and surfaces for one or more types of military aircraft, fixed and rotary wing. Major Duties -
This is NOT an all-inclusive list: Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions on assigned and transient aircraft using
systematic fault-isolation methods. Identify problem areas and determine the extent of repairs required through testing,
visual checks, and instrument readings. Perform unscheduled maintenance actions to correct aircraft system deficiencies.
