1st Shift Assembler & Polisher
About the Role
1st Shift Assembler & Polisher Full-Time On-site Assist as needed with other areas of the Tool Design operations Confers
with Design Engineers, Production Personnel & others to resolve issues Participates in LEAN Manufacturing initiatives as
required ASSEMBLY – Review work orders, drawings, specifications or instructions to determine materials, procedures,
sequence of operations needed Measures, marks & scribes dimensions & reference points on metal stock Verifies dimensions
and assembly alignment are correct Operates mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders and shapers Fits & assembles finished
parts, making minor modifications as needed to produce best fit of parts Disassembles combination forms to salvage
